Our standard delivery time is between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. While we strive to meet these timeframes, external factors such as weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide alternatives or arrange for a refund if necessary.
Once your order is successfully delivered, you will receive a confirmation notification. It is the customer's responsibility to check and confirm the delivered items. Any discrepancies or issues should be reported to our customer support within 24 hours.
